Gladys Chen

Gladys Chen is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and health sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing for Animal Health at Johnson & Johnson since February 2014, Gladys has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Director, North America Change Lead and Senior Marketing Manager. Prior to this, Gladys was a Product Director at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson, from 2008 to February 2014, and also served as a Product Manager and Associate Marketing Manager at Johnson & Johnson between 2003 and 2008. As the President of Second Generation since 1997, Gladys has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Academically, Gladys holds a BA in Biology and Political Science from Columbia University, an MPH in Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA in Health Care and Management from The Wharton School, complemented by an education from Stuyvesant High School and SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse.
