Hunter Mancini is an Army Ranger veteran and an experienced operations and people leader currently serving as Senior Manager of MedTech Surgery Business Development at Johnson & Johnson. They co-founded Tip the Scales and are also the founder of Endorphin Running Company. Hunter previously held various leadership positions, including Infantry Platoon Leader and K9 and UAS Platoon Leader in the 75th Ranger Regiment. They earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy and maintain a PMP certification.
