Jacky Chen

Jacky Chen is the Vice President of Quality for Greater China at BD, a role they have held since 2023. With a background in quality assurance and operations management, Jacky started their career at Johnson & Johnson in 2006 as a management trainee and has since ascended through various positions, including Senior Quality Assurance Manager and Associate QA Director. Over the years, Jacky has been instrumental in establishing quality systems and ensuring compliance across multiple external audits. They hold a Master's degree in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA from Nanjing University.
