Jaimi Gaffe

Jaimi Gaffe has extensive experience in regulatory law and healthcare, beginning as a Health Care Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP from September 2005 to April 2010. Subsequently, Jaimi served as an FDA Regulatory Associate at Hogan Lovells between May 2010 and July 2013. Jaimi then joined Johnson & Johnson, where roles included Senior Counsel for Regulatory from July 2018 to July 2023 and transitioning to Vice President of Regulatory Law for MedTech in July 2023. Additionally, Jaimi is currently a 2023 Fellow with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, starting in January 2023.
