James McGowan

James McGowan is a retired Engineering Fellow specializing in Sterilization at Johnson & Johnson, where they have worked since 2012. Prior to this, they managed North American contract sterilizers for Ethicon from 2006 to 2012 and served as the Director of Quality Assurance and Sterility Assurance at Kimberly-Clark Corporation from 2003 to 2005. McGowan also founded and operated Sterility & Quality Assurance Consulting, Inc. from 2005 to 2006, providing consulting services to medical device firms. They hold a BS in Microbiology from The University of Alabama and an MBA in Finance and Quantitative Business Methods from Mercer University.
