James Wei has extensive experience in IT management, particularly within the Johnson & Johnson organization. Since August 2015, James has served as a Senior IT Manager, leading the ALM Program and the Beyond Program for the Asia Pacific region while overseeing IT operations for Taiwan and Hong Kong. Prior to this role, James held positions such as IT Business Partner and Project Manager, Business Relationship Management, and Senior System Analyst within Johnson & Johnson Medical from 2004 to 2015. James's early career included technical roles at NCS - Johnson & Johnson from 1998 to 2004. Academically, James holds a Master of Business and Technology from UNSW, a Master of Information Technology from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Waikato.
