Jamie Roots

Jamie Roots serves as the Global Head of Portfolio Architecture for MedTech Digital at Johnson & Johnson since June 2018, overseeing portfolio architecture governance and the implementation of architecture strategies. Previously, Jamie held senior roles in product portfolio management and enterprise architecture at Johnson & Johnson, leading teams and initiatives that enhanced product lifecycle management and engineering practices. Prior experience includes roles at Microsoft as a Healthcare Cloud Solution Architect and IBM, where Jamie significantly influenced the healthcare sector through strategic initiatives and partnerships. Jamie holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, a Postgraduate Diploma in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford, and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Software Technology from the University of Bath.
