Jan van Aarle

Jan van Aarle is a Campus Director for Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing operations in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. They manage a diverse EHS&S team, focusing on optimizing resource deployment and implementing effective EHS services across multiple business functions. Previously, Jan held leadership roles at Janssen Pharmaceutica, where they coordinated EHS efforts in European plants. Jan earned a Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering from KU Leuven, followed by Post Graduate degrees in Safety Engineering and Environmental Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and the University of Antwerp, respectively.
