Jay Clay, JD, MBA, is a Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing at Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision, where they lead cross-functional teams to enhance sourcing strategies and negotiate contracts with key partners. Previously, Jay served as a Manager of Strategic Sourcing in the Medical Devices sector at Johnson & Johnson, managing significant annual spend and contributing to cost-saving initiatives. With a background in Operations Management at the United States Air Force, Jay oversaw substantial budgets and cross-functional team projects that achieved significant cost reductions.
