With extensive experience in legal roles, Jo has previously served as Vice President Privacy EMEA and DPO at Johnson & Johnson and has held positions at companies such as Novell, CheckFree, and Kraft Foods. A qualified lawyer, Jo has a proven track record in people development, mentoring, and leadership, alongside a strong ability to build internal relationships with stakeholders and partners. They earned a Law LLB from the University of Exeter and completed their Legal Practice Course at the Guildford College of Law.
