Joe Berdel has extensive experience in procurement and category management, having held significant roles at Johnson & Johnson and McNeil Consumer Healthcare. Starting as a Category Manager at McNeil Consumer Healthcare from March 2008 to April 2010, Joe progressed to Johnson & Johnson where initial roles included Indirect Procurement Category Manager and Senior Procurement Manager for Capital Construction and Project Management from March 2010 to March 2015. Currently, Joe serves as the Global Category Leader for Capital Equipment, Construction, and Project Management at Johnson & Johnson since March 2020.
