John Lynch

John Lynch is an accomplished supply chain leader with extensive experience in operations management across various companies, including Johnson & Johnson and Zimmer Biomet. They began their career at Millipore and Aventis as a Production Supervisor before taking on progressive leadership roles in Johnson & Johnson, including Plant Leader and Sr. Director for EMEA Supply Chain. John holds a BSc and MSc in Operations Management from Trinity College, Dublin, and Dublin City University, respectively. They are currently the General Manager at Zimmer Biomet and continue to specialize in change management and employee engagement.
