John Scharwath

John Scharwath has over 30 years of experience in IT and project management, currently serving as an Infrastructure Project Manager at Johnson & Johnson since 2011. Prior to this role, John was a Senior IT Project Manager at Novartis from January 1990 to August 2011, where responsibilities included managing IT projects for Managed Markets and leading Technical Services and Storage Management as Director, overseeing a $10 million budget and managing 25 direct reports. John began his career at Hoechst Celanese as Manager of Technical Services and previously held the role of Senior Systems Programmer at American Hoechst Corporation. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Vermont, earned in 1971.
