John Scott

John Scott is an engineering director with extensive experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. They have held various leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, including their current position overseeing worldwide strategic and capital project engineering for the Surgical Vision business since 2018. Prior to this, John managed advanced engineering efforts and lifecycle management for diabetes care devices. Additionally, they worked at 3M as a process technology manager, focusing on continuous improvement in manufacturing technology. John holds an MSc in Quality Management from the University of Stirling, a B.Eng. in Engineering with Management from Napier University, and an MBA in Engineering Management from Loughborough University.
