Joy Fleming

Joy Fleming is a passionate and optimistic servant leader currently serving as the Global Communication & Engagement Lead at Johnson & Johnson, where they create engaging messaging and facilitate workshops to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, they held the role of Global Communication Lead for the Alliance for Diverse Abilities, where they developed strategies to enhance engagement around mental health and neurodiversity. Joy is also pursuing a Master of Science in Business/Corporate Communications at Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix.
