Kathleen Chen

Kathleen Chen is an experienced attorney currently serving as the Board Attorney at Johnson & Johnson, where they specialize in corporate finance transactions, including strategic alliances and mergers & acquisitions. Previously, they held positions at the Office of the Corporation Counsel as an Assistant Corporation Counsel and at Lowe & Associates as a Senior Associate, representing various entities in corporate transactions.
