Kathy Quinto has a diverse background in human factors engineering and user experience design. They served as a research assistant at the VECTR Lab from 2017 to 2019 and completed a UX design internship at Kin Parenting in 2019. Kathy has gained extensive experience at Johnson & Johnson, having worked as a Human Factors Engineer Co-op before advancing to a Human Factors Engineer in 2022, and currently holds the position of Senior Human Factors Engineer since 2024. They are pursuing both a B.A. and an M.S. at San Jose State University.
