Kathy Yang is the China Campus EHS&S Director at Johnson & Johnson, where they have led the EHS&S team since 2013 to provide environmental health and safety services to local Supply Chain, R&D, and Commercial customers. With over 17 years of experience in the EHS&S field and 24 years in various industries including automotive and pharmaceuticals, Kathy has made significant contributions to the development of EHS&S strategies within the global pharmaceutical leadership team. They hold a B.S. and M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Nankai University in China and are a certified Safety Engineer. Prior to joining J&J in 2009, Kathy held various EHS roles at GSK, ITT Industries Ltd., and China Aerospace Industries Co., Ltd.
