Ma Kavin is currently the Global Security China Director at Johnson & Johnson, a position held since 2023. With over 8 years of law enforcement experience, Ma has a robust background in multinational corporate security, specializing in security operations, brand protection, and compliance investigations. Previously, Ma served as Section Chief at the Anti-drug Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security in China and held the role of Senior Manager of Government Affairs at Garmin. Prior to the current position, they have also worked as a Senior Manager in the Security Department at Johnson & Johnson (China) Investment Ltd. from 2005 to 2025.
