Kelly B. is a Senior Leader in UX and Human Factors, currently leading efforts at Boeing and Johnson & Johnson. Previously, Kelly managed User Centered Design and Human Factors at DRS Technologies, where they integrated UX processes throughout program life cycles to enhance user experiences. With extensive experience as a Senior User Experience Consultant at organizations such as Mastercard and BJC HealthCare, Kelly has championed innovative design strategies that prioritize user needs. They also directed UX at the FAA's User Experience VTAG Facility, co-authoring the FAA's Human Factors Design Standard. Kelly is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Thomas Edison State University.
