Ken Davis is a seasoned engineering and operations leader with over 16 years of experience at Johnson & Johnson, where they currently serve as the Director for the FM Midwest-Southeast Subregion. With a proven track record in plant and facility management, they have successfully implemented cost-reduction initiatives resulting in multi-million dollar savings, leveraging ISO 9000 and Six Sigma principles. Ken's extensive background includes leading a 300,000 square-foot medical device manufacturing site, where they achieved significant reductions in maintenance costs and equipment downtime. They hold an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University.
