Laura Hester is the Director of Epidemiology at Johnson & Johnson, a position held since 2022. Previously, Laura served in various roles within the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, including Manager and Associate Director in Epidemiology Analytics from 2017 to 2019. Laura also gained valuable experience as a Program Evaluation and Epidemiology ORISE Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from 2011 to 2013. They earned a Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and hold a Sc.M. in Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, as well as an A.B. in Biology and Geography from Dartmouth College.
