Laye Cayabyab

Laye Cayabyab is currently the Associate Director of Global Regulatory Affairs for Asia Pacific at Johnson & Johnson, where they define and implement regional strategies for assigned products. Prior to this role, Laye served as the Senior Regulatory, Quality and Compliance Manager at Actelion, contributing to product registration across the ASEAN+HK region. With a background as a Consumer Health Care Regional Regulatory Affairs Manager at sanofi-aventis, Laye has extensive experience in regulatory submissions, compliance, and quality assurance. Laye earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Saint Louis University.
