Lin Fan is a health economist and outcome researcher committed to enhancing access to care and improving patient outcomes. With past experience as a Health Scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and an Associated Principal Scientist at Merck, Lin specialized in health economic modeling and value demonstration for oncology products. Currently, Lin serves as Associate Director of Real World Value and Evidence at Johnson & Johnson, where they lead HEOR strategy development and execution. Lin holds a Master of Science in Health Service Research from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University and is pursuing a PhD in Health Service Research and Policy at the University of Rochester.
