Lorcan Hancock

Lorcan Hancock is a People Analytics Leader who focuses on driving evidence-based decision-making to improve talent and business outcomes. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Insights for Enterprise Functions at Johnson & Johnson, Lorcan leverages data and analytics to support various organizational initiatives. Lorcan has held multiple roles within Johnson & Johnson, including HR Leader and Workforce Analytics Lead, where they developed metrics and strategies to enhance workforce engagement. Prior to their current position, Lorcan worked as a Project Coordinator at Janssen Pharmaceutical and gained consulting experience in public-private partnerships. They hold a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Dublin Institute of Technology.
