Lynn Small

Lynn Small, CPA, CMA, is a Director of Strategic Market Access at Johnson & Johnson, where they have held various finance-related positions, including Director of Patient Assistance Strategic Planning and Operations. Prior to their current role, Lynn worked as a Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst, contributing significantly to the financial landscape of the company. Lynn began their career as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen from 1998 to 2001. They hold a BS from The College of New Jersey and an MBA from Penn State University, and they are currently pursuing further education at CCL.
