Mandy Romano

Mandy Romano is an accomplished professional with a robust background in supply chain management and process improvement, holding various director-level positions at Johnson & Johnson from June 2014 to September 2018, including Director of the Supply Chain Academy and Director of the J&J Production System Content Lead. Prior to this, Mandy served as a Master Black Belt at Johnson & Johnson from September 2006 to December 2010, demonstrating a strong capability to drive change and enhancements within technical landscapes and operations.
