Mary Schnackenberg

Mary Schnackenberg, SPHR, is a visionary HR digital and operations leader with extensive global experience in building scalable, employee-centric HR service models. They served as Director of the HR Project Management Office at Abbott Laboratories from 2009 to 2011, establishing a global PMO and managing multimillion-dollar budgets. From 2011 to 2020, Mary led the HR Service Delivery function at Novo Nordisk North America, transforming HR service delivery and enhancing employee experience. They have held senior positions at CSL Behring, Johnson & Johnson, and M&M/Mars, focusing on operational excellence and digital transformation. Currently, Mary is pursuing a Master of Science in Organization Development and Human Resources at The Johns Hopkins University, maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
