Mathilde Beau

Mathilde Beau is the Managing Director of Vision Care for Western Europe at Johnson & Johnson, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Director of Strategic Marketing & Experience EMEA and held various leadership roles within Johnson & Johnson Vision between 2019 and 2022. Earlier in their career, Mathilde worked as an Associate Franchise Director for Johnson's Baby EMEA and as a Product Manager in both Skin Care and the Pharmacy channel at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health from 2005 to 2012. Mathilde earned an MSc in Management from City St George’s, University of London, and a Master in European Master in Management from ESCP Business School.
