Meaghan Sprout is currently the Director of U.S. State Government Affairs at Johnson & Johnson, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, Meaghan served as a Budget Analyst for the Appropriations Committee in the Pennsylvania State Senate from 2018 to 2022 and held the role of Government Affairs Director at Pennsylvania Partnerships for Children from 2015 to 2018.
