Michael Bzdak is a retired leader in Global Health Equity, having dedicated their career to exploring the intersection of business and society. They have served as a Visiting Part-time Lecturer at Rutgers University since 2003, and as an Adjunct Faculty at New York University since 2010. Additionally, Michael has been a First Mover Fellow at The Aspen Institute since 2018 and a faculty member at The Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility since 2015. Previously, they held various leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson from 1991 to 2014, including Executive Director and Global Director of Employee Engagement and Global Community Impact.
