Michael Morand is currently a Director of Global Strategic Marketing at Johnson & Johnson, where they oversee the global launch of the Nipocalimab autoantibody indication for Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP). With a diverse background in strategy and operations leadership across healthcare sectors, they have previously held several key positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Director of Access & Program Strategy and Senior Manager of Distribution Operations. Prior to their tenure in the private sector, Michael served as a Captain in the United States Air Force, leading teams in logistics and distribution operations. They earned their degree from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
