Michael Totin

Michael Totin has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Counsel at Johnson & Johnson since March 2005, where responsibilities include providing legal advice for a shared services subsidiary on pharmaceutical and medical device contracting. Prior to this role, Michael served as Senior Attorney and Corporate Compliance Officer at Sierra Military Health Services from July 1999 to January 2005, acting as principal deputy to the General Counsel for a subsidiary with a significant federal healthcare contract. Michael's legal career began in the United States Army, encompassing various roles such as Command Judge Advocate in the Republic of Korea, Asst. Staff Judge Advocate in Okinawa, Japan, and Judge Advocate, supporting military personnel and operations. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College.
