Mimi Gill

Mimi Gill is currently the Director of ASPAC GS Finance Solutions, Deployment and Implementation at Johnson & Johnson, where they lead deployments of operating models and organizational designs. With extensive experience in finance and tax, Mimi previously held roles such as Regional P2P Process Manager and Transformation ASPAC Tax Operations at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing process improvements and driving transformation initiatives. They also served as Finance Manager at Rolls-Royce Pte Limited and other organizations, where they managed financial reporting and audits while implementing ERP systems. Mimi holds an MBA from the University of Hull, a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and is an ACCA member.
