Nadege Benoit

Nadege Benoit is an energized Human Resources professional and veteran with a decade of experience in the Army. They currently serve as an HR Leader at Johnson & Johnson, where they apply their expertise in talent management solutions and DEI strategies. Nadege has previously held leadership positions, including Regimental Executive Officer at the United States Military Academy at West Point and Aide-de-Camp to the Commanding General at the U.S. Army Contracting Command. They earned a Master of Arts in Social Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Russian and Eurasian Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Nadege is passionate about making a positive impact in underrepresented communities through their work with various non-profits.
