Neil Blakey

Neil Blakey possesses extensive experience in facilities management and project management, having held key positions at notable companies. At Taylor Woodrow Construction Ltd, Neil served as Project Manager from 1994 to 2007, followed by a role as FM Project Manager until 2009, focusing on operational delivery for multi-location private sector clients. Transitioning to VINCI Facilities, Neil took on the role of FM Bids Manager, responsible for tender proposals. As a BIFM Committee member from 2006 to 2010, Neil represented the North East branch and chaired the local networking committee. Neil continued to enhance expertise at Mace Macro as a Senior FM Consultant from 2010 to 2014, before assuming the position of Facilities Lead for MENAT and Sub-Saharan Africa at Johnson & Johnson in 2014. Neil holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University and an MSc in Facilities Management from Leeds Beckett University, with a distinction.
