Nikki Daskalakis

Nikki Daskalakis is currently the Vice President of Early Development Hematology and Oncology Research & Development at Johnson & Johnson, where they focus on the hematology portfolio across various platforms, including immunotherapies and small molecules. With 15 years of extensive R&D experience, Nikki has held significant roles in both Early and Late Clinical Development across multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology and rare diseases. Previously, they served as Global Medical Head for Myeloid and Lymphoid Diseases and held several senior director positions at respected organizations such as Sanofi and Janssen. Nikki completed their medical education at Duke University School of Medicine, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
