Omar Orsini has extensive experience in automation and quality engineering, having worked at Procter & Gamble from September 2009 to June 2014 in various roles, including Puerto Rico Automation and CSV Manager, where responsibilities included site CSV ownership and compliance documentation. As an Automation Engineer Manager, Omar led the implementation and validation of 17 packaging machines and spearheaded advanced automation projects. Additionally, as a Project Manager, Omar oversaw the commissioning of network infrastructure and data management systems for the site. Since October 2014, Omar has served as a Senior Quality Engineer at Johnson & Johnson. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on management and leadership from Universidad Metropolitana and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
