Patrick Belardo

Patrick Belardo, PMP, is currently the Director of Business Services at Johnson & Johnson, where they oversee Change Management and Training methodologies for supply chain system deployments. With extensive experience in project management and instructional design, Patrick has led training for over ten large SAP implementations and various smaller projects. They have previously held roles such as Training Manager and Project Manager in e-Learning, managing global training initiatives across multiple sites. Additionally, Patrick serves as a Volunteer Associate Naturalist for NJ Audubon, leading birding field trips. They hold a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The College of New Jersey.
