Patrick Gilgan has extensive experience in technology management, having worked at Johnson & Johnson Global Technology Services since January 1986. Currently serving as a Technology/Configuration Manager, Patrick is responsible for administering HP Business Process Monitoring and deploying remote Probe Servers at critical sites globally. Previous roles include ITSS Technology Manager, where expertise in various enterprise monitoring tools was applied, and IM Manager for IT Operations, overseeing Data Center Operations and managing a team of over 18 staff. Additionally, since January 2012, Patrick has held the title of ITSS Configuration/Technology Manager, focusing on managing the configuration management database for ITSS infrastructure applications. Patrick earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from New Jersey City University between 1982 and 1987.
