Peter Schulam

Peter Schulam, M.D., Ph.D., is the Chief Scientific Officer at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, where they lead global efforts to enhance patient outcomes through innovative policies and technologies. With extensive experience as a surgeon, they have previously held key positions such as Interim Physician-in-Chief at Smilow Cancer Hospital and Interim Director of the Yale Cancer Center. Peter co-founded the Center for Biomedical Innovation and Technology at Yale University and has served as the Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer at Yale New Haven Health. Their educational background includes advanced degrees in Medicine and Immunology from Baylor College of Medicine, alongside an ongoing Master of Arts from Yale University.
