Philip Michael Steele

Philip Michael Steele, Ph.D., is the Head of Enterprise Regulatory Compliance Audits at Johnson & Johnson, where they lead initiatives ensuring compliance within complex regulatory frameworks. They previously served in various roles at Mentor Worldwide, LLC, where they oversaw research and development for medical devices, successfully launching multiple FDA-approved products. Earlier in their career, Steele worked at the Food and Drug Administration, conducting inspections and applying quality regulations across a range of medical products. They hold a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from UTHealth Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
