Pine Chen

Pine Chen is the Associate Director at Johnson & Johnson, where they lead the Asia Pacific Raw Material Center for Cosmetic and OTC materials, focusing on material qualification, governance, and compliance. Since joining the company in 2010, Pine has worked across various functions, including Product Development and Technical Assurance. Prior to their current role, Pine served as a Sr. Technical Manager at Colgate Palmolive and held a position as a Scientist at P&G, where they developed body cleansing products. Pine holds two master's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry from Tianjin University.
