Rachel Varner, BA, CCRP, is a seasoned professional in clinical research with over 10 years of experience in budget and contract negotiation, regulatory startup, and maintenance for both industry and investigator-initiated trials. Currently serving as a Senior Site Contract Manager at Johnson & Johnson, Rachel prepares and negotiates clinical trial agreements while ensuring compliance with corporate processes. Previously, Rachel worked at PPD as a Senior Site Activation Specialist and has held roles at Helen G. Nassif Community Cancer Center and the University of Iowa, gaining extensive expertise in regulatory submissions and contract management. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
