Rafael Ramos has over two decades of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, beginning as an IT Infrastructure Intern at Corning Cable Systems from March 2001 to March 2003. Rafael progressed to Coca-Cola Andina Brasil as an Infrastructure Analyst from April 2003 to December 2004, where responsibilities included server administration and end-user support. Subsequently, Rafael served at Essilor from April 2004 to June 2019, advancing from IT Specialist to Service Desk Manager and playing a crucial role in major IT infrastructure projects across Latin America.
