Rick Pyfrom

Rick Pyfrom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, where they currently serve as Senior Director of Global Learning Management Systems. Rick joined Johnson & Johnson in 1981 and has since held various positions, including Director of Training & Development and Director of Process Improvement and Training, focusing on enhancing global IT employee training and streamlining processes. Prior to this, they managed food processing at Cargill and honed supply chain management skills across multiple sectors. Rick holds a BA from Howard University and is Six Sigma Black Belt certified, with a strong background in cross-functional team leadership.
