Rob Deming

Rob Deming is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of global program leadership and expertise in technology portfolio management, program strategy, and enterprise change management. They began their career as a Programmer/Analyst at The Wharton School and have held significant roles, including Senior Project Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Director of IT Client Services at Merck. Currently, Rob serves as an IT Director at Johnson & Johnson, driving information and technology initiatives across various sectors. They hold a BA in Mathematics from Rollins College, an MS in Computer Science from Villanova University, and an MSE in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
