Robert McKeehan

Robert McKeehan is currently the VP of Law and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Johnson & Johnson, where they support the Board of Directors and CEO on corporate governance and lead legal efforts in ESG, sustainability, and human rights. They previously held the position of Senior Counsel, focusing on environmental law and corporate governance, and have extensive experience advising on complex regulatory issues, international banking, and environmental litigation. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, they served as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, providing legal counsel on international and environmental matters. McKeehan began their legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Julia Smith Gibbons at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and earned a B.A. from Davidson College.
