Ron Vinluan

Ron Vinluan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business leadership and strategic operations. As the Owner and Co-founder of Smushed Organics, Ron established a unique meal delivery service for organic baby and toddler foods. Prior to this, Ron held various senior roles at Accenture, focusing on app design, strategic planning, and user experience, along with multiple directorships at Avaya, where Ron led global operations, drove strategic initiatives, and managed consulting initiatives. Most recently, at Johnson & Johnson, Ron held multiple director roles overseeing global services transformations and strategy operations. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University.
