Ron Walker

Ron Walker is currently the Sr. Director of North America Site and Contact Center at Johnson & Johnson Global Services. They have over two decades of experience in leadership roles, including serving as Director of Customer Care Operations at Walgreens Co. from 2005 to 2016 and as Director at Expert Global Solutions from 1998 to 2004. Ron began their career as a Manager at ITI Marketing Services from 1995 to 1998. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1990 to 1994.
